As a member of your birth team, I strive to make sure you feel encouraged, educated and empowered. I support all types of birth and believe in a woman’s right to make informed choices for her and her family.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and thank you for considering me as your doula. I am professionally trained to support families during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. I will hold space for you while offering continuous physical support and evidence-based information so you can make informed decisions along the way to an empowered birth experience.

I have experience with a variety of birth options, including home births, birthing center births, hospital births, and cesarean births. I am knowledgeable about both medicated and unmedicated births and can provide physical, mental, and emotional comfort measures during labor.

Additionally, I offer virtual doula support for clients who are unable to meet in person. My goal is to ensure that every client feels fully supported and empowered on their journey to parenthood.

I have access to evidence-based and community-based resources for pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum, and can provide referrals for additional support when needed.

    The Signature Birth Doula Package is tailored for expectant parents seeking a positive birth experience. Throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum period, I'll provide dedicated support.

    My goal is to empower you to make informed decisions and create a cherished birth experience.

    Certified professional doula care. Providing evidence-based education and emotional support from pregnancy through birth and early postpartum.

    The support you receive from this package is exactly the same as the Signature Birth Package, it will just be virtual.

    I am able to work with your partner virtually so they can support you physically.

    This package is ideal for clients who are in rural areas and want a little extra support. This is also a good package if your birth location is only allowing one support person to attend the birth.

    Planning for birth can be overwhelming for the first or third-time parent. This package is designed to help prepare you and your family and ensure you feel confident going into your birth.

    This package is ideal for clients who want to be better prepared for labor and birth but are limited to one support person.

    What’s Included:

    • Birth Preference worksheet, designed to help your Doula understand what is important to you & your family during this special time.

    • 3-hour session with your Doula and your partner to review your Birth Preference worksheet and discuss your birth preferences.

    • Custom Birth Outline and Labor Checklist tailored to your needs, reflecting your vision for birth to print, share with your provider, and have with you at your birth location.

    • Birth Prep for labor discussing possible positions to help ease labor pain and get the baby in a good position for birth.

    • *First-time couples MUST take a childbirth education class prior to the session at ~36 weeks.

Stand Alone or Add-On Services

  • My childbirth education course is designed to educate you and your partner for a more empowered and positive birth experience. Just as each birth is unique, the process remains beautifully constant. My childbirth education series is a four-week session, and each session is approximately 2 hours in length.

    Some insurance companies will reimburse their members for childbirth classes. I will be happy to provide you with a receipt to submit for that purpose!

    Class 1: Healthy pregnancy practices, late pregnancy discomforts, labor onset, early labor comfort measures.

    Class 2: Active labor, transition, delivery & second stage, movement & positioning, comfort measures for all stages.

    Class 3: Labor variations, medical tools, informed decision making, birth planning.

    Class 4: The Golden Hour, postpartum recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding.

    Option to add 5th class - $150 Birth Journey Prenatal. You will prepare a Birth Outline, what to prepare for your birth location, and labor comfort measures tailored to you.

    Belly binding is the art of wrapping a postpartum woman’s belly to provide physical support for her uterus and other organs after childbirth and to help to speed the healing and recovery process.

    This practice uses a long strip of cloth wrapped around the abdomen from the hips up to the bust– sometimes after applying an herbal firming paste or essential oils to the abdomen. You can leave your bind on between 6-12 hours.

  • $200

    Support your body and mind with your placenta. While you nurture your newborn, your capsules nourish you! Services include pickup & transportation of your placenta and hand delivery of your capsules within 48-72 hours.

    Placenta Tincture $20 add-on

    Extend the benefits of your placenta long after your capsules are gone!

    A tincture has a long shelf life and can be reserved for later during episodes of hormonal shifts such as:

  • Birth Affirmations

    Your mind is a powerful tool during pregnancy, labor, birth, and motherhood. I have created a collection of birth & postpartum affirmation cards to bring confidence, peace, and motivation to you during this special time. You will be able to select the cards that resonate with you and have them hang in a space you will see every day during pregnancy so that they can bring you comfort during labor. Choose 5-7 cards that resonate with you.

  • Essential Oil Kits

    I use high-quality CPTG Certified Pure Tested Grade® essential oils from dōTERRA® to craft two rollerballs for my clients. The first roller ball is comprised of oils that support you during pregnancy. The second roller ball I will bring to your labor. It has oils known to help stimulate labor by increasing your oxytocin levels and supporting your uterus. It can also be used postpartum to help support healing.

  • Birth Outline

    Through your prenatal appointment, we will create an outline of your preferences during your labor and delivery. I will provide evidence-based information so you can make informed decisions and include anything you think will make your labor and birth a more positive and comfortable experience. You will get a digital copy of your Birth Outline to share with your provider and have in your birth space."

Our Time Together

    We will have an initial consultation that allows you to learn more about me and for us to determine whether I’m a good fit for your needs. This consultation is free of charge.

    Once you decide you’d like to hire me for your birth, you will sign the services agreement. I then hold your baby’s due date on my calendar and am available to answer questions and provide resources as needed throughout your pregnancy.

    Around 36 weeks, we will have a prenatal meeting and dive into your birth preferences, create your Birth Outline and answer any questions you have about pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. Around 38 weeks we will have your second prenatal and practice comfort measures and positions that you will use before and during labor and birth. From 38 weeks on, you will update me after each visit with your OB or your midwife.

    At 38 weeks, I go “on-call” and you can call or text me any time that you need me, day or night. That means if you’re in labor, or even just think you might be or have a concern and want information or support.

    Once you are in active labor, I come to you and provide continuous support throughout your labor, all the way through birth and during the first couple of hours after your baby is born.

    Within the first 2 weeks after birth, we will have a postpartum meeting, where I provide whatever support you need, including breastfeeding help, healing/comfort for you, new parenting needs, or helping you find resources for anything else you might need.
